Looking for more muscle specific workouts

Hi everybody. I'm interested in more weightlifting muscle specific workouts. It seems 90% of the workouts on fitness blender for the upper body are the entire upper body instead of separating push and pull. I can find a handful but I've done them over and over again, and I'm becoming incredibly stagnant. I suspect the majority of people are women on this platform and perhaps are less interested in heavy lifting? or is it the industries changed and prioritizing separating muscle groups is less important? I'm in my mid 50s now and heavy lifting is really important to me. starting to feel like I'm just outgrown this platform. In my 20s I was a personal trainer and training with chest tricep workouts and back bicep workouts was pretty traditional. Am I missing something? If anyone can share any favorite split upper body workouts, I'd really appreciate it, though. I think I've found everything that exists here. I go between training at home and using a gym.
