Hi everyone! I started rock climbing (indoor top rope & bouldering) back in September. Anyone else here into climbing and if so, how do you fit in strength or cardio workouts around climbing schedules? Typically I climb Tuesday and Thursday, +/- a weekend day. Looking to add in a strength/mobility day + cardio day without losing recovery time.
