It’s hard to believe we’re already in the final week. Four weeks can feel like a long time when you’re looking at a calendar, but once you get into a routine, it goes by pretty quickly.
Now that we’re here, don’t let the final week change your approach. Just like we talked about in Week 1, the goal isn’t to rush to the finish line. It’s simply to keep showing up, one workout at a time.
One thing I really like about this week is how it brings together everything we’ve been working on throughout the program. We’ll start by building strength and power in the lower and upper body, then slow things down a bit with mobility and standing core work. Then Tasha takes over with HIIT before we finish things off together with one final total-body workout.
As you go through this week, don’t worry about making every workout perfect. Focus on doing the best you can that day. Some workouts will feel great, others might feel a little tougher, and that’s all part of the process.
We’ve only got one week left, team. Let’s enjoy it, put in some good work, and finish this program strong.
