The FB Team Has Been Hard at Work! Something New is on the Way!

Good morning FB Family! 

I bet you’ve been wondering if the team and I are working on anything new. The answer to this ponder is “yes!” 

I think it’s only fair to give you a few sneak peeks into our latest team collaboration: 

  • it’s a 30-day team program (hurray!) 
  • all workouts are roughly 30 minutes long 
  • there’s a mix of training types (strength, cardio, mobility, etc.) 
  • the program releases on August 2

We’ve all enjoyed putting this program together for you and can’t wait to share it with you! Don’t worry, there are more details to come - stay tuned. 

For the time being, let’s all share our training goals below! Are you working towards a specific event? Training for fun? A bit of both?
