Who’s been loving Erica’s Express Pilates and Strength Fusion workout? We want to know—how many times have you completed it? 

This workout is a very solid variety of both strength training and pilates-inspired exercises to work the whole body. You'll gain strength, total body coordination, core stability, and more.

This routine is rated a 3 in difficulty due to familiar superset formatting, moderate interval timing, and scalable exercises. You can always omit/lighten weights for exercises that use them and be on the lookout for exercise-specific modifications Erica shares.
