Two weeks ago I displaced and spiral fractured my ankle. I had surgery on it 10 days ago and will be non-weight bearing on it for the next 5 weeks. Prior to breaking it I was very active (I ride and train TB racehorses) and I would like to maintain some level of fitness. Looking for some suggestions of workouts I can do to help keep my brain happy while also letting my body heal. I am currently following FB Flex and modifying as needed but always open to suggestions or to hear what others have done.
