I'm not one to finish the programs I start. I keep starting them and then fall off for a week or so, then give up entirely until I start a new program. But one of the programs I didn't only manage to finish but even twice! is FBReach. It's just great. It's giving me an opportunity to do my planned workouts even on the worst of days with barely energy left. It gives me a feeling of accomplishment and helps me keep a window for self-care, basically no matter my energy level, the time of day, the time I have for my workout or my current available equipment.
I would be absolutely delighted by FBReach 2 but actually, a 30 day challenge would be even better because I love feeling like the trainiers are doing the same program in the same order.
