How to add barbells to Fitness Blender

First off, I have been using fitness blender on and off for about 10 years now, and love it. I’ve intermittently added in some barbell stuff, but usually took a break from FB while I focused on that (while still adding in some FB workouts and free weights into my routine).

My question is, for those of you who regularly use barbell and FB, how do you prefer to combine the two? I’d love to build my strength even more than I can with dumbbells, but I don’t want to give up the stabilization and coordination benefits they provide. Plus, I enjoy my workouts most when I’m following FB plans.
