As I age, I've realised that my strength training routine has to be tailored to hormonal changes based on the research done by Dr Stacy Sims. That means heavier weights, lower reps and more time between sets
I've implemented this on my own and seen a massive change in how the workouts make me feel.
Is there a way to incorporate more perimenopause and post menopause style workouts into the fitness blender videos?
