Total Body Cardio Pilates

This 31-minute workout is all about versatility for all fitness levels. Each exercise can be easily modified to increase or decrease the level of challenge. Are you looking for high-impact or intensity cardio but need lower-intensity strength and stability exercises, or vice versa? Well, you are in luck because this workout is for you. There are 24 exercises with no repeats and a well-deserved cool-down at the end. Most of the exercises are non-traditional Pilates moves to keep your body guessing and prevent boredom, with cardio intervals blended in to get your heart rate up.

The great thing about this routine is that it offers a powerful combination of benefits by blending cardio exercises with core-focused strength and stability.
