I have a question I would love the trainers opinions on. As a woman now in my early forties I have been noticing a lot of the recommendations in the fitness realm seem to be lifting heavy eg reps 5-8 and sets of 4-6 for example. I note that this is not something that really done in fitness blender workouts generally speaking and 4-6 sets seems quite daunting to me even as an experienced exerciser! Im interested to know the trainers thoughts on these types of recommendations?
