I Always suffer of BP and After I tried some hike I ruined my knees meniscus. I Need something ti avoid BP while strengthening my knees to reduce pain and to go back playing golf in the near future.
Which program should I buy?
I am not used to training and have no time due to kids, so I prefer something less than 30 mins and maximum 3 day per week.
