For those who use the US fitness guidelines (150 minutes/wk of cardio and 2x/wk total body strength), how do you use FB programs/videos to accomplish this? I know those recommendations seem pretty straightforward, but a lot of FB videos are blended in nature, where you're doing cardio plus strength in a single session. Similarly, the longer programs are often built where you're doing one week of strength splits, followed by another week of total body strength, with cardio sprinkled in. I end up not knowing if I'm really achieving the recommended amounts because of that, and I'm also not sure I'm hitting all my major muscle groups sufficiently.
