Are 2 full rest days needed between program weeks?
When doing strength/power programs/challenges do you take 2 full rest days between 5 days? I walk everyday and I add in yoga quite often so no day is completely movement free but lately I've been rescheduling the week so there is only 1 rest day between sessions. I have found that with the mobility/recovery workout day usually programmed I don't feel i need that extra day. Is 1 day adequate for muscle recovery/growth?
