I just finished Patrice's 10 Day Strong & Sculpted challenge. I have not yet recovered, so I'm still using my workout words in my mind. Honest review:
1) this program made me sparkle and glisten... A Lot. Regularly.
2) I see improvements in cardiovascular endurance overall strength & balance
3) Patrice can't count. She also made me lose count. Which meant doing extra reps to make up for losing my place. (I mention this because of the number of times where she commented on losing count)
And because you always ask what the favorite part of the routine was... "Last exercise and we're into our cool down & stretch!"

Edit to add... My poodles LOVED the core and HIIT workout with all the jump squats and lunge jumps. They thought it was a BLAST. I learned to jump in circles.
