After using my feet for 65 years I’ve developed some ankle arthritis and instability. Lunges and deadlifts etc are getting too stressful on those joints. I’ve discovered some great lower body Pilates like Amanda’s Booty Burn Pilates add on. Continue to do challenging upper body workouts. Anyone have experience or suggestions for someone working with painful wonky ankles? Fortunately I can still bike and swim but walking is pretty hard. Thanks y’all, keep on blending
