Week 4 of FB Simply Strong! Trust the Strength You've Built!

Week FOUR of FB Simply Strong 30 Day Team Program is here friends! 

You've made it to one of the toughest workouts in the program. My latest lower body strength session is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally, with a pyramid format that encourages you to lift heavier as you go.

Heavy Lower Body Strength with Dumbbell Pyramid Circuits

Take a moment to recognize how far you’ve come, then give this workout your full attention. And if you need a distraction during those harder moments… don’t worry, I've got some Unsolved Mysteries lore, quicksand, and training for the ghost that may or may not be waiting to push you down the stairs.😄  (I’m not totally sure how I got there, but it felt fitting).

So if you hit a tough moment today, just remember:

  • You’re not stuck (unless you're stuck in my fake mud scenarios)
  • You’re not sinking
  • You’re working through it
  • WWRSD? (What would Robert Stack do?)

Take it one round at a time, choose weights that challenge you, and trust the strength you’ve been building.
