I have been with Fb for a few years and I love being part of this group. One curiosity I have is about timing between an exercise. In other words, when you are preparing the exercise (I guess that is called non-active or neutral?) followed by the active part, what is the speed that is best from start to finish? Should you do the exercise slowly and then quickly return to neutral or quick and then a slow return? I have seen variations of this depending on the trainers, but I would like to know if there are specific benefits of the speed differences. I hope this makes sense.:)
