I really love bodyweight strength workouts / calisthenics. I have pretty much favourited all of Brian's no equipment workouts due to this.
I'm seriously considering getting a pull up bar station so I can better target the biceps and back.
I'm just interested to know if anyone has any ideas for back / biceps bodyweight exercises without the pull up bar as I know these are difficult to target with bodyweight.
So far, I mainly do bird dog, supermans, bodyweight renegade rows for back. Biceps are tricky but up and down planks (from low to high) are one of the exercises I incorporate.
I do have weights but I just don't really get joy from weighted exercises whereas I love the bodyweight strength ones and am always ready to workout (no motivation issues).
I just wondered if anyone had any thoughts. Thanks.
