Suggestion: Morning Yoga Flow Program?

Hi! I've been using FB for a while and I've done all the Reach and Flow ones multiple times. I'm the type of person who likes some morning workout to get me started when I wake up, but something low-intensity enough that I can pair it with another more intense workout in the evening (when I won't wake up my neighbours).

I would really like to see a program that focuses on short yoga flows like that, maybe 20-30 minutes, that just wakes you up and gets your blood flowing for the day.
