Suggestion for Brian

Just a suggestion for Brian. I find I want to go back to this workout just to add-on the core section as a finisher to other workouts.

I was wondering if a stand-alone level 3 abs workout could be created with similar exercises - maybe 10 to 15 minutes long.

edit - okay 15 minutes might be ambitious for me LOL
