Restarting After a Long Break

Hi,

After a long break due to a health issue, I'm ready to restart my fitness practice. I'd love to focus on light cardio (I love the walking workouts), pilates, and strength training.

Currently, I have shoulder pain. I have no idea why I have it; it may be perimenopause, but I can't work my upper body with weights.

Any program or workouts that you recommend? How should I ease back into exercise? I don't want to cause any injuries.
