Documenting Absence for a Specific Reason on the Calendar

I’ve been dealing with an injury for the past three weeks, which has made it impossible to work out. Naturally, I’ve taken the necessary time off to recover without scheduling anything on the calendar. Instead of marking each missed day individually as a recovery day, is there a way to mark an entire week as a “recovery week” and attach a universal note explaining the reason?

I’ve kept my calendar consistently filled for almost eight years, and I often look back at previous months and years. For that reason, I’d like to document this three‑week absence in a way that makes it clear why it happened. Does anyone know what the best way to approach this is? Thank you!
