As the title says, we are locked in on building pure strength today — no endurance, no cardio intermixed. The exercises are straightforward so you're not learning anything new, but really building strength in our tried-and-true movement patterns.
The descending interval format takes you through one main strength circuit for 3 rounds. With each passing round the working interval decreases (50 sec, 40 sec, and 30 sec), and with each passing round I will encourage you to pick up heavier weights, where possible 💪 You'll see I really accepted this challenge by my facial expressions in the final round...
To isolate our smaller muscle groups at the end, I've included a short 5-min arm burnout.
