New Workout! Full Body MetCon

Hello, all! ☀️ Calling all my strength and cardio combo lovers for this latest workout.

Full Body MetCon

Get ready for a full body metabolic conditioning workout that blends strength and cardio across multiple circuits to build muscle endurance, total body strength, movement control, and especially cardiovascular capacity. Our goal is to push our endurance while staying grounded and intentional - lifting with control during strength work and adding speed during cardio while feeling fully in control of the movement.

The workout includes a warm-up, 5 circuits completed twice (45 sec work / 15 sec rest with longer recovery between circuits), and a cool down to catch our breath and stretch. You’ll need a mat and a range of light to heavy weights. Although the nature of a cardio-strength combo workout is demanding, it's easily adjustable by modifying weights, slowing pacing, or choosing lower-impact options when needed.
