Confession time -Post Momentum, now Strength and Cardio with Brian

I've working out with FB for well over a decade. I loved when Tasha came on, but I have to confess that my first workout with Brian, I left saying to myself, "No way, I can't keep up with this guy".

I finished the Momentum program and continued straight on with Brian's 10 day Strength and Cardio. I just finished day 5, and I feel so much stronger. It's been said before in the comments that he is a great trainer, and as a converted skeptic, I can definitely vouch he is!
