Trochanteric bursitis

Hi everyone! 👋

I was just recently diagnosed with bilateral trochanteric bursitis (both hips), and I’m experiencing pain when walking more than 10 minutes, going up stairs, or lying on my side at night.

I’ve been doing strength training for years, so my muscles are strong, but my hip tendons are sensitive right now and need careful handling.

I want to stay active without making my hips worse.

Does anyone have recommendations for programs or modifications that are safe for someone in this stage? Any advice is greatly appreciated! 🙏
