Recommendations for switching from heavy lifting to more pilates/low impact

I'm a 54yr old postmenopausal woman who has been lifting heavy for the last 5 years. I have gone from 125lbs to 138lbs. I believe it is mostly the muscle gain and perhaps some fat gain. I do enjoy pushing myself with the weights but am now having problems with injuries. I believe these injuries are due to repetition and excessive weight lifting, not improper form. I have been working with physio, acupuncture and therapeutic massage to get back on track. However I think it would be best at this stage of my life to get back to more low impact and body weight movements. My body is just so much happier when I move like this.

That all being said, does anyone have any suggestions for programs or similar experiences? Please share, I'm not sure how to proceed.
