Experiment

I realize this isn’t really that creative of an idea buuuut I have done FBFitRound4 many times and love it. I like it more than the other Fit programs because it has all the trainers [except Patrice 😭.]

Yesterday I started the newest FB30 and decided I would just do the “meat” of the workout twice to make the workouts more like the length of FBFitRound4 workouts. I’ll do this with all the workouts, unless there’s a day I decide I would rather just do another video alongside the main video instead. Yesterday went great! I’ll post when I’ve finished the whole program. 🤗

I did this with Patrice’s Strong and Sculpted program and liked it that way.
