Workout program suggestions?

I'm looking for workout suggestions: my goal is to improve my performance on long / extreme hikes, so mainly lower body, without neglecting the rest. I really like strength training and hate HIIT with a passion, but understand it may be the best for my goal and i can suffer through it 😅. I'm trying to improve my functional strength, better looks is a bonus, but not necessary. So not sure if "build a booty" etc are the right programs?

I love the old FB Mass, it's my favorite program by far, but think something more cardio intense may be better for my purpose (help improve endurance).

Any suggestions?
