Starting FB with a new mindset

Hi everyone,

I am not this new to FB, I purchased a couple of programs years ago. Anyway, I became a FB plus member during the summer. I've been struggling to end a program, I am one of those who have the "all or nothing" mindset. But listening to the New Year's resolutions podcast really made things click. So now I am aiming for 3 workouts a week, although my calendar puts 5 workouts/week. I just pick up where I left right? Not throw the towel when I can keep the pace of the schedule.

Anyway, I am 51, in full menopause mode :). I always been a big girl, but very into sports, I ran half marathonsand then my knees started hurting very bad. My cartilage is 90% gone, so I started walking and hiking. I still did some strength training and I did Krav Maga. About two years ago my thyroid started acting strange, then menopause hit and suddenly all my joints started hurting and I felt I lost flexibility. Then midlife crisis hit and I decided to get my motorbike license and I've been living the dream for about two years now. Weekend were (and are) for motortrips and hiking became less.

But I am here... I started the Shift program and the Reach program to gain my flexibility back. I also started hiking again, I really missed those.
