One of my goals this year is to stay consistent with working out. After a few health scares last year, I’m really trying to take better care of myself in every way I can. My baby needs a strong, healthy mama, and that’s my biggest motivation. ❤️🩹
I’m still figuring out life as a new SAHM—especially without much support since we’re a military family and far from our tribe. Because of that, my time is pretty limited right now, and committing to longer workouts like FB Low Impact 1 & 2 feels a bit overwhelming at the moment. Realistically, I can manage about 15–20 minutes a couple of times a week.
Does anyone know of a program similar to this but shorter? Or have any advice on what’s worked for you in a similar season of life? I’d really appreciate it. 🤍
