This latest new lower body workout is strength-forward with a sneaky cardio kick as we blend slow, controlled strength work, explosive power moves, and deep isometric holds. We build strong and resilient legs and glutes while also challenging overall endurance - without feeling rushed. Although many movements will ask for both physical and mental grit, you can expect intentional pacing with rests between every interval.
The workout includes a 5-minute warm-up, a 30-minute circuit workout, and a 5-minute cool down. You’ll need a mat, a bench (alternative exercises provided if you don't have one), and a range of weights. This is a level 4 workout (potentially level 5 if you really push it!), scale it down by adjusting weight selections, slowing power moves, and/or easing depth on holds so you can stay strong with good form throughout.
My lower body was jello after this one and it felt so satisfying to exhaust my muscles in many ways. You got this!
