How do you record strength training workouts on Garmin?
I’ve just bought a Garmin watch and want to record my workouts properly - it should justify the money I spent on it! 😄
However, strength training is usually a mix of warm-ups and different exercises with various tracking methods (time, repetitions), which makes things quite confusing.
I’ve seen that some people create workouts manually and then press the lap button after each set of reps, but I can hardly imagine how to do this in practice.
