Wondering if it might be possible to select upper body workouts based on whether they are push, pull, or both days? I’ve been a member since forever, and I love this website. I do not, however, personally love splitting my upper workouts into push days and pull days because I only do upper twice a week, so I need to do both of those each time. Just a suggestion, but I wonder if others feel the same? Thank you!
