Lifting for beginners?

Hi everyone! Who has a suggestion for a foundational program to learn proper form when lifting with dumbbells?

For reference, I am a woman in my mid 40s, on my feet every day but struggle with maintaining regular workouts… I’m not in terrible shape, but I’m not in regular working out shape either. Learning proper technique and supporting my posture would be fantastic.
