Getting back to exercise

Hello FB's

I stopped exercising about three months ago, and stopped using FB about six months ago.

The reason is a familiar pattern for me: I tend to overdo things, my body starts complaining, and I end up back at physio doing stretches and strengthening with the intention of a gradual return. In theory that’s fine — but as time passes, restarting feels harder and harder, and here I am.

I do best with structure. Choosing individual workouts on my own doesn’t work well for me. What I’m looking for is a program — something genuinely introductorily for someone who’s currently unfit, but that still offers a sense of challenge and visible progress over time, even if that progress is slow.

Ideally it would support a gradual return, rather than encouraging me to push too hard too fast.

If anyone has suggestions or experiences with programs that fit this description, I’d really appreciate hearing about them.
