Welcome to Week 3 of FB Momentum!

What's happening FB?? How are we feeling? 

So excited to kick off Week 3 of FB Momentum! We're going to start things off today with my brand new Lower + Upper Body Strength (Push) + Cardio workout. Today is all about the push-chain and we will work our chest, shoulders, and triceps working together to build power, control, and endurance.

As part of this week’s mental health focus: visualization, try mentally rehearsing each rep before you move, picture proper form, control, and a confident finish. That mind-muscle connection can be just as powerful as the weights themselves.
