Combining programs for progressive strength training
Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out how to combine the various strength focused programs together to get progressively more challenging. Erica's Essentials seems like an obvious place to start, but I'm not sure what would be the best order beyond that. There are a number of 5 or10 day programs described as advanced or level-up and I'm wondering what the best order for those programs might be. Or maybe it's just a matter of amount of effort I put in and increasing weights?
