I started the LI R3 last week and I wasn't able to complete day 5 until today, but I didn't workout Friday or Saturday, so now I want to start week 2 tomorrow. My problem is that there is a recovery day in between and so it doesn't let me move the next workout backwards. How do you all deal with this?
