I'd like to share my ideas, that's in my head lately. So, i'm thinking and in the programs i'd like to see the 8-week bulking program and the opposite: 8-week cutting program. And of course new meal plans with each of these programs.
So here are some details, what's in my mind:
1. Bulking Program
8-week program to build muscle(and if you eat in calorie surplus you'll gain some fat, too), which focuses on push/push/leg/rest/total body strength/low impact cardio and weighted core/rest split. So each the first 4 week has 5 workouts with 2 optional stretching/mobility/foam roller workout. Then the last 4weeks will be a bit intense: push/pull/leg/rest/upper body/leg/rest. With 5days of workouts(core built in the upper/lower body days as finishers/as an exercise in that day's workout). And the 2days rest is similar: optional days with stretching/foam rolling/mobility/yoga videos. The workouts will be: 45-60minutes long. And there will be extra credits 3-5x/week. Extra credits=cardio finishers(some days will be endurance, some uses tabata hiit format). And in the videos, the purpose: using heavy weights +doing lower reps. Maybe using multi-minute emom style, emom style, reps based, or in videos give us for example 120sec to do 6reps of low row and the rest of the time is yours to recover. The exercises will be in each week similar, not much changing: to see the results in using heavier weights and mastering the forms of exercises.
2. CUTTING PROGRAM:
Similar to bulking, only difference: mlre cardio in workouts(can be the beginnings of the workout), lighter weights+high reps(can be seen AMRAP format).(And of course in the meal plan you need to have calorie deficit, if you follow that).
3. SPLIT PROGRAMS
Lastly' i'd like to see 2-4week programs with different split formats: 3-1-3(1 rest day in the middle), push/pull/leg, upper/lower split, 4-day split... etc.
And i'll happy to see these programs maybe with new videos or already live videos, or the mix of two!

Each 5day(=1week)challenge uses the same format: upper/lower/total(barre/cardio toning with light weights)/total(heavy weights)/cardio(bodyweight).

2. Supersets with Erica
3. Tri-Sets with Erica
4. Giant sets with Erica
5. Cluster Sets with Erica
6. Descending Ladder with Erica
7. Bored Easily with Erica
8. Pyramid Sets with Erica
