Week #3 FB 3x3: Optional BONUS workouts to help finish the Program strong!

Hey FB Family!

Hope you’re enjoying the FB 3x3 Challenge so far.

Right after I wrapped filming Week 3 Day 1 (Lower Body + Core), I grabbed a quick recovery drink and snapped this pic. Like many of you, my schedule doesn’t slow down — which is why I keep things ready to go. When time is tight, having a post-workout drink prepped makes it easier to stay on track with recovery. Just like these workouts, it’s one more way you can stay consistent, even when your days are packed.

That said, if you’re feeling good and want to add a little more this week, here are two solid options to build out your training, and both are only 20 minutes! Also, I added my recommendation on how I’d add them in:

Example of Week #3 Schedule:

Tasha’s EMOM is a great way to test your endurance in a short amount of time. The rep-based format challenges your pace and control with movements like reverse lunges, push press, and devil’s press. You’ll definitely earn your rest, but it pays off.

Erica’s strength workout keeps things moving with full-body compound exercises. Squats, RDLs, rows — simple, solid work that gets a lot done in very little time.

There are plenty of ways to build your week. If these don’t quite match your energy, head to the Fitness Blender library and find something that fits. You’ve got options.
