P.S. It's sweater weather here where I live and, with a basement gym, it was HARD to take my cozy blanket of a sweater off to film. But, after some mental prep, we got it done!
Now, for the workout!
Short, but efficient, is the name of the game with this challenge, and this workout is no different!
We begin with a spicy cardio pyramid to fire up the heart rate and circulate blood flow before getting into our bored easily upper body strength circuit. Our upper body work today targets the back, biceps, and rear delts.
This is one of those routines that you get out of it what you put in, especially since it’s short! In the video, I encourage you to pick up slightly heavier weights than normal — if you can — to elicit a greater stimulus to the muscles.
I personally chose heavier weights than normal and definitely felt a good challenge (my facial expressions tell the whole story, lol) — anyone else up to try?!
Let’s get to it — don’t forget to comment and let me know how it goes for you!
