In my filming of this challenge I was reminded that bodyweight workouts can sometimes be MORE challenging than weighted workouts. Weights are definitely my comfort zone, which tells me I probably need to be doing MORE work like this.
All in all, this has been a good change of pace while being both mentally and physically challenging. Harnessing my own bodyweight for 5 straight workouts has helped me feel so powerful and get outside my comfort zone!
