Total Body Program for strength & toning but low impact for knees
I have been using FB videos/programs for several years now. I absolutely love them and have had amazing success. I had a MCL injury a year ago that required surgery. Before I could do the 1 hour + videos. Now I try to stick to 35 minutes with our crazy schedule so I at least get in a workout for my mental state. The HIIT workouts are strenuous on my knees and I can’t keep the swelling down. I have been trying to choose upper/lower body specific workout videos on my own instead of the FB30 Round 1,2,3 Programs that I have. I honestly don’t know what to do when so is there a program(s) anyone could suggest to keep moving forward with progress but not suffer with this bum knee? Thank you in advance!!
