Pyramid-Style Total Abs Finisher

In this 12-minute routine, we complete 3 rounds of 4 core exercises. The first round is our longest interval, with each consecutive round shaving time both in work and rest. You'll build strength in the entirety of your core!

This workout is intended to be added on to an existing workout. Therefore, there is no warm up or cool down provided. Plan to return to do the cool down of your original workout afterwards.

My obliques were sore after this one! Never underestimate a short workout in being able to produce some solid achievement. Although, I did end up having to do round 1 (the longest!) twice because of a timer mishap... 😛 (<< my face when the reality hit)
