Total body strength videos with no compound exercises

Hi all,

Do you have any free workout recommendations which is strength training and doesn’t have compound exercises because the weight I can use for lower body does not match my upper body limits. I want to find a pure strength training video so that I can use it in between my 3 running days. I couldn’t find a single workout for all body parts, and if you don’t have it either, I can also get recommendations for 3 separate videos for different body parts so that the total wont be more than an hour.
