I was feeling accomplished after completing Tasha's faster and kick and sweat challenges. Nicole's deload programme came along and it was good timing as I was needing to ease off a bit. Feeling fresh and gung-ho I jumped back in with a mid-range strength workout and have managed to pull a muscle in my lower back/right glute zone 🫣🤦🏻♀️
I know exactly what I did. I was feeling cocky and went in with my heavier weights rather than working up to them.
