Weekend Workout Rewind ⏪

Have you given Kelli & Daniel’s Lower Body Strength and HIIT Cardio workout a go?

This workout blends lower body strength training with a pinch of lower body focused HIIT, creating a muscular and cardiovascular challenge that includes your warm-up, workout and cool-down — all in under 40 minutes!  

Either Kelli or Daniel will be demonstrating low impact modifications of the HIIT routine, while the other does the more advanced, higher impact versions of the exercises. When it comes to the lifting portion of the routine, one of them will be doing the exercises with dumbbells, while the other will show the exercises using bodyweight alone — this entire workout can be completed with no equipment at all. 

They built this routine together, hoping to create a fun, satisfying, and challenging workout. Put on some comfortable clothes, set up your workout space, and grab anything that you might need over the duration of this workout (water to sip, music to listen to, etc). Once you’re all ready, let’s get started!
