Shoulder Impingement

Hey everyone!

I’ve been dealing with shoulder impingement and for about 5 months I was doing reformer pilates with a physio. I recently stopped, and now I’m trying to keep up on my own at home — but the pain is starting to sneak back in.

Do you have any favorite FB programs (or even specific videos) that are slow-paced, gentle, and help build strength without flaring things up? I’d love something that lets me progress calmly and hopefully keep the pain away little by little.
